Returns:
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. When making your purchase, you chose Shipping & Returns ProtectionĀ Service, the insurance company will cover the return cost. If you don't choose this service, you will have to bear the shipping cost yourself. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If ever your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. We donāt cover shipping costs for returns in this case. The item that you're returning should be repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
Once our Safly Fun Specialists receives and inspects your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days.

My daughter is 6.5 and she loves it but she is adventurous with her movements and the bar is not balanced and sturdy enough for her. It wobbles when she swings and feels like it may fall over. The mat is quite thin. The bar is also shorter than what I thought and my daughter cannot fully hang from it with her legs stretched. Would be good for a smaller child who is not so strong with her moves. I need to find something much sturdier.
Easy to assemble. Appears to be sturdy. No issues!
We taped the bar with hockey tape (candy cane style) because it was a little slippery for our little guys but now itās perfect. Great quality and easy to set up.
My niece loved this! I was bummed, it was shorter than anticipated. She is five, pretty short and had to raise it to the highest. Make sure to measure. Overall, great.
